Whoa! Doesn’t this look like ham! Fooled you! It’s our spin on the holiday (or everyday) ham! This is a hot recipe for anyone! If you have a few veggies amongst all the meat eater, this braised smoked tofu is for sure going to have some converters!

What you'll need:
Can of pineapple
Just Smoke or Maple Soy smoked tofu
Ingredients
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 block of oomé Just Smoke smoked tofu
1 tbsp each hoisin, garlic purée, apple slices
1 tbsp @mindfulfud hunnie
The pineapple juice from the canned pineapple
Instructions:
1. Using a knife slice the tofu in thin triangles scored, slice pineapples in half, and slice apples.
2. Place the sliced tofu, pineapple, and apple slices in a non stick wok or frying pan
3. Mix your hoisin, garlic purée, hunnie, and pineapple juice and stir together. Once you have stirred drizzle the mix over your smoked tofu in the pan
4. Fry and braise in high heat until they are soft and fluffy
5. Remove and place them on a bed of cooked rice, noodles, potatoes. Really anything you can think of!
6. Garnish and drizzle with more hoisin sauce for and extra sauce feel!
