Ultimate Rice Paper Swirl Dumplings

Have you ever wondered what to do with all the ugly veggies in the fridge at the end of the week? We have a solution for you! Swirl dumplings! Chop and dice your veg, crumble your smoked tofu and sauté and you have your filling!

What you'll need:

Air fryer

Ingredients

1 block Just Smoke or Maple Soy oomé smoked tofu, crumbled
1 cup chopped mixed veg (we love carrots, broccoli, asparagus, peppers)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of salt
½ tsp miso1 package of rice paper

Instructions:

1. Using a skillet, mix your chopped and diced vegetables and tofu. Sauté with olive oil and simmer. (Add salt to taste);
2. Once your dumpling mix is made, put it in a bowl and set aside to cool;
3. Take your rice paper and wet it with warm water. Lay flat;
4. Add one tablespoon of filling and spread across the middle from left to right, leaving half inch on either side. Flip one side of the rice paper to the other side and roll like a spring roll;
5. Once you have your cylinder line rice paper, take one end and start to roll inwards until you form a swirl shape;

6. Take you dumplings and place them in the air fryer for 10 minuets until golden crispy and ENJOY!
