What you'll need:
Ingredients
1 favourite slaw salad - really can be anything, traditional or Asian style
4 cups of oomé Mapo Smoked Tofu mix (see recipe)
1 tbsp each sriracha, Japanese kewpie mayo, chili oil,
1 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions:
1. Warm up your tortillas on a pan and crisp them up
2. Remove tortillas, let them cool and add your favourite slaw mix
3. Take you warm and hot
4. Add your garnishes - chili oil, sriracha, mayo, chipotle mayo, whatever you can think of
5. Fold it half so it looks like a half moon and ENJOY!
