Who’s up for a bit of a tofu TWIST!?
We have a delicious, rich-in-nutrient, and fast recipe for you! This recipe is a fun twist on your traditional hummus. It’s great for a snack, charcutière boards, and everything in between.
Makes approx. two cups of whipped tofu dip
Ingredients:
1 block of Greek Smoked Tofu
1/3 cup of original plain greek yogurt (we love Yoggu!)
1 lemon (juice from 1 full lemon)
Drizzle of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender except for EVOO. Add and subtract yogurt to your liking to achieve your preferred consistency;
2. Blend and agitate until you have received an airy, whipped consistency!
3. Once you have finished mixing your dip should have a silken creamy whipped hummus like texture.
4. Garnish it with a drizzle of olive oil to your liking.
PRO TIP:
If you want to make your dip a bit more fancy try adding some chopped roasted peppers, caramelized onion for a sweet kick, or a handful of diced olives to make your dip have a salty bite!
