Greek Feta Whipped Tofu Dip

Who’s up for a bit of a tofu TWIST!?

We have a delicious, rich-in-nutrient, and fast recipe for you! This recipe is a fun twist on your traditional hummus. It’s great for a snack, charcutière boards, and everything in between.


Ingredients:
(serving size is about a small soup bowl)

  • 1 block of Greek Smoked Tofu
  • 1/3 cup of original plain greek yogurt (we love Yoggu!)
  • 1 lemon (juice from 1 full lemon)
  • Drizzle of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • Salt to taste 

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender except for EVOO. Add and subtract yogurt to your liking to achieve your preferred consistency.

Blend and agitate until you have received an airy, whipped consistency! Once you have finished mixing your dip should have a silken creamy whipped hummus like texture. Serve onto your favourite dip bowl and garnish it with a drizzle of olive oil to your liking.

PRO TIP:
If you want to make your dip a bit more fancy try adding some chopped roasted peppers, caramelised onion for a sweet kick, or a handful of diced olives to make your dip have a salty bite!
