oomé 30 min Shredded Tacos

Life can get busy but no one can deny a craving for good and fast eats ! We've got your back with this healthy, delicious, and quick 30min taco recipe. Serve it hot or eat it cold it's sure to keep you coming back for more!

Makes approx. 4 tacos.

What you'll need:

Cheese grater

Ingredients
Chop the vegetables of your choice. Like lettuce, pickled red onion, and avocado and lime wedges
1 block of oomé habanero hunnie smoked tofu or any oomé smoked tofu of your choice
Taco seasoning to taste
4 flour tortillas 

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F or air fryer. Using a cheese grater, grate the whole block of tofu;
2. Season smoked tofu with taco seasoning to taste;
3. Spread smoked tofu across baking sheet and place in oven or air fryer until crispy around the edges; 
4. Warm tortillas;
5. Assemble your tacos and enjoy.

Ready in inder 30 minuets and delicious!
