oomé Smoked Tofu Peanut Satays

We LOVE me some peanut satays. And what we love even more are oomé smoked tofu satays - easy to make and just delicious, here we go!

Makes approx. 4+

What you'll need:

Skewers
Just Smoke or Maple Soy smoked tofu


Ingredients
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 block of oomé Just Smoke smoked tofu
1 tbsp each sriracha, peanut butter, lemon

1 @mindful fud hot honey
2-3 tbsp season mix

 

Instructions:

1. Using knife cube up smoked tofu
2. Skew cubed tofu in rows of three season and air fry
3. Place them in a pan and drizzle your chili oil, peanut butter, sesame oil, splash of soy sauce, hot hunnie.
4. Fry and grill till they are crispy and golden.
5. Remove and place them on a bed of cooked rice, noodles, potatoes. Really anything you can think of!

6. Garnish and drizzle with sriracha and more hot hunnie for an extra zing!
