Habanero Hunnie has been our fan favourite flavour thus far! So, naturally we need to use this to make a delicious, mouth watering, and savoury pad thai! Who can say no to that!

What you'll need:
Frying pan or wok
Ingredients
1 cup of vegetables of your choosing (we love a mix of broccoli, cabbage, carrots, beansprouts)
1 block of oomé Habanero Hunnie smoked tofu
1 tbsp avocado oil
5 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1/2 cup of peanuts - half chopped/ half whole
2 cups rice noodles cooked
Lime wedges, chilli crunch oil and green onion to garnish
Instructions:
1. Chop all vegetables into bit size pieces;
2. Cut up tofu into 1/2 inch cubes, pop into the air fryer and set aside;
3. Heat oil in wok or sauce pan and sauté vegetables, set aside;
4. Add noodles and sweet soy sauce and mix until just combined;
5. Once the mixture is seasoned and well covered, take out and plate with tofu and veggies;
6. Garnish with your favourite chilli crunch oil and toppings like peanuts and green onions.
